Jamie is the Owner and Founder of Omni Balanced Life Center. Her passion is to help people heal and transform their lives in all areas – Mental, Physical, Spiritual and Emotional health. Through her own journey of spiritual healing and helping her family heal from various physical and spiritual malady’s, she has gained much insight as to the importance of addressing all of these areas collectively. Her mission has become her life’s work and that is to share with the world this unique style of healthcare that offers tangible treatments and services that address all of these key pieces of health with research supported and evidence- based solutions. Her vision is to close the gap between today’s current healthcare model and work alongside western medical teams to bring the holistic angle at a superior level working as a team to better assist our clients/patients.
Jamie has a beautiful family consisting of her amazing husband and friend, Scott and 4 uniquely gifted children, Jacob, Shelby, Collin and Sage, who inspire her every day to continue to help others be the best that God made them to be.
Jamie graduated with Valedictorian Honors from the Florida Academy, is Florida State Licensed and Nationally Certified through the NCBTMB, Internationally Certified through ITEC for Therapeutic Massage Therapy, is a Board Certified Biofeedback Specialist through the Natural Therapies Certification Board, a Certified Lymph Drainage Therapist through the MLD Institute of Dr. Robert Lerner, has a Clinical Aesthetics Diploma from Bonita Springs School of Massage and Skincare, and is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Jamie’s most recent achievement was receiving a Diplomate License for Pastoral Medicine while she continues along her educational path to include a Doctorate of Natural Health and a Certification as a Spiritual Counselor. Jamie is always studying the latest information that science and medicine has to offer, while expanding her spiritual connection, to be able to educate others on the most recent advancements and discoveries that can bring lasting transformation.
Ana Payero comes to OMNI ready to share her own personal journey of healing which led her on her path to becoming a holistic health therapist. Ana is a Certified Natural Health Professional with 6 years of experience as a licensed and certified Massage Therapist. She specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Women’s Health, Children’s Health, Womb-work, and Prenatal and Postpartum Health. Ana’s expertise continues with Vagus Nerve Stimulation Therapy and Scar Therapy utilizing Microcurrent Point Stimulation. Along with these specialties, Ana also advances in Yoga, Vedic Thai Bodywork, Reiki I & II, and other integrative, energy-focused modalities. She received her Natural Health training at Trinity School of Natural Health, Bonita School of Massage, and the MLD Institute. Ana has a strong desire to help others achieve optimal health and wellness and you will be able to feel her amazing, positive, and healing energy as she works.
Ana’s passion is to provide a “whole person” solution for her clients. With her advanced training, she is guiding her clients on a complete path to wellness. She focuses on proper detoxification methods, and sustainable lifestyle changes, along with her hands-on modalities.
Ana is incredibly passionate about coaching her clients through the tough aspects that go along with lifestyle changes. Though Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapy is her signature method of hands-on detox, Ana is also certified to facilitate the HOCATT™ Ozone Sauna Therapy as well as the HUGO™ PEMF Therapy, which are quickly becoming her go-to methods for client detoxification and overall well-being.

Tony Mandour is a Board Certified Physician, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Nationally Board Certified Reflexologist. After receiving his medical degree from Loyola University of Chicago’s Stritch School of Medicine he spent 40 years caring for patients. During that time he was introduced to Eastern Holistic Medicine and became a firm believer that eastern and western medicine could work hand in hand in attaining a better result for the patient /client. He sees Reflexology and other holistic modalities as complimentary rather than alternative forms of therapy that may enhance the effect of conventional western medicine. In recent years he has retired from active medical practice but continues offering Reflexology services. He brings with him years of experience of offering compassionate, respectful care to help individuals achieve their highest possible goal of improving their sense of well-being. He is a proud husband, father and grand-father.
Dr. Kevin Mikalaitis was born and raised in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fitness Management and went on to earn a Doctorate from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2005.
His introduction to chiropractic came at a young age when he was diagnosed with scoliosis. During this time, Dr. Mikalaitis experienced the holistic approach and emphasis of natural health and recovery by his chiropractor. Dr. Mikalaitis’ personal healing journey inspired him to help anyone wanting to reach their health goals through a wellness-based approach. Aligned with treating the root cause and not just the symptoms, he is a hands-on adjuster and primarily practices the Palmer Method which consists of a variety of Manual Adjusting Techniques, including: Diversified, Toggle Recoil, and Thompson Drop. In addition, he also practices gentler techniques including: Flexion-Distraction, Trigger Point Therapy, Cold Laser and the Activator Method. Well-versed in a variety of therapies, he feels that specific specialized adjustments along with soft tissue work gives the best clinical outcomes. He is results-driven and is known for spending ample time with patients in order to deliver the best care. His goal is to eliminate your pain and get you back to the daily activities that enrich your quality of life.
Dr. Mikalaitis specializes in low back pain, extremity injuries, disc problems, sciatica, headaches, vertigo, neck/upper back pain, sports chiropractic, pediatric chiropractic, muscular/nerve problems, injuries from car accidents, pregnancy backaches and much more.
Aside from chiropractic, he is passionate about soccer, long-distance running and spending time with his wife of 18 years and their amazing 8-year-old son.
Dr. Doug Lyons, L.Ac., MSOM, is a board-certified practitioner of Oriental Medicine. Dr. Lyons attended Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and Midwest College of Oriental Medicine receiving his Acupuncture degree in 2008. He worked as an acupuncturist in a community clinic while completing his Masters of Oriental Medicine in 2009. He practices the balance method taught by Dr. Richard Tan and believes in letting the body heal itself. After 12 years of practicing acupuncture, he believes the I Ching is his most valuable tool and utilizes it with every treatment. He has studied Chinese philosophy, meditation, Zen Buddhism, Qi Gong and has a regular yoga practice. Dr. Lyons treats many patterns of health imbalances such as anxiety, headaches, allergies, insomnia, menstrual irregularities, sports injuries, digestive issues and more. Originally from Chicago, he moved to Southwest Florida to get away from the cold and start a new chapter. He also teaches yoga and focuses on the mind and spirit to bring the body back into balance. It is his belief that through ongoing self-care, we can enjoy life to the fullest and support new thought patterns to aid in the healing process.
Nickilette DeVries is a Corrective Exercise Specialist and fitness expert with over 25 years of experience in training. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Nickilette attended Michigan State University to gain her education in Physical Education. She successfully owned and operated a powerhouse gym in Grand Rapids for 2 years and managed a private studio for 6 years. Though operating her gym and studio were fulfilling, her love for working one-on-one with individuals and witnessing clients transform their bodies turned her focus toward becoming a training specialist.
As Nickilette cultivated her love for personal training, her list of certifications and specialties grew. In 2015, she earned a Golf Fitness Specialist Certification, Women’s Fitness Specialist Certification, and a Senior Fitness Specialist Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She continued her education through the accredited Brookbush Institute where she became a Corrective Exercise Specialist in 2022. Nickilette places a large focus on functional training, injury rehabilitation, sports training, and HITT training, while improving connective tissue and filament health, loosening tight muscles, and boosting balance, mobility, and stability.
The physical aspect of the human body is not Nickilette’s only focus, as she is also a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Weight Loss Management Specialist. She loves teaching patients how to be body aware outside of training sessions.
Since Nickilette moved to Naples 8 years ago, she has enjoyed spending time with her children, four grandchildren, friends, as well as playing tennis, golf, paddleboarding, and going to the beach.
Dr. Dawn Murrin is a licensed Acupuncturist with over 25 years of experience in Eastern and Western medicine. Graduating from Central Suffolk School of Radiologic Technologist in 1997 with her degree in Radiology, Dr. Dawn quickly moved on to become a licensed Radiologic Technologist and Head of Radiology MRI and Cat Scan at Franklin Hospital Medical Center in New York.
Shortly after, Dr. Dawn began studying the effects of Eastern Medicine at New York College of Health Professions in Syosset, NY where she became a Master of Science and licensed Acupuncturist in 2003. Dr. Dawn moved on from Radiology and opened Phoenix Wellness Center, her own 8-room acupuncture practice, in Garden City, NY which she ran successfully for 17 years. Her practice focused on combining both her backgrounds in Eastern and Western medicine to assist her patients in their healing processes.
Dr. Dawn offers a unique way of diagnosing and treating patients with the understanding of their medical “dis-eases”. Dr. Dawn specializes in a rare technique called Active Trigger Point Release. This technique releases the spasms in the muscle instantly, which improves stunted movement and pain relief in problem areas. Dr. Dawn’s education continues with her certifications in Nutrition, CPR, and Yoga Nidra. She also specializes in Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Kyo Jong, Allergy Elimination Technique, IM Vitamins, Cupping, Warming the Needling, Moxibustion, and Cold Laser usage. Dr. Dawn’s impressive application of her wide range of knowledge earned her the #1 Doctor in Acupuncture in New York in 2021.
Dr. Dawn Murrin is currently enhancing her studies in Facial Rejuvenation, after perfecting the Virgina Doran technique in 2004. Dr. Dawn is also looking forward to becoming a Florida resident and raising her family in beautiful Naples, while offering a multitude of wonderful and effective services to the community.
Peri is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist and Level II Certified Reflexologist in Naples, FL. Initially receiving her degrees in Economics and French at the University of New Mexico to pursue a career in fashion merchandising, Peri quickly redirected her education and passions toward health and wellness after winning a battle against cancer. She channeled her positivity and resilience into a new career in body work. She continued her education in Marin County, California where she became a massage therapist in 1998 and focused primarily on helping and healing runners, cyclists, golfers and skiers with a focus on recovery, balanced movement, kinesiologic awareness, diet and a holistic lifestyle.
In 2020, Peri’s continued passion for lifelong learning and healing drove her to attend the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in West Palm Beach, FL where she became a Certified Therapist for Manual Lymphatic Drainage. That same year she also became a level II Certified Practitioner in Reflexology and a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida.
At Omni, Peri combines her education and hands-on experience to customize healing solutions for her clients. Peri is passionate about the benefits of lymphatic drainage as a compliment to surgery recovery, as well as, any healing protocol. Her clients also appreciate the nurturing and relaxing aspects of her therapeutic massage, reflexology treatments. Her unique massage that focuses on the head, hands, and feet is loved by sufferers of migraine, TMJ, arthritis, allergies, sleep disorders, addiction, and stress.
Peri loves Naples. Her favorite activities include spending time on the beaches here, cycling, tropical gardening, healthy cooking and exploring the state. After enduring her own healing journey, Peri feels incredibly grateful that she is able to serve others on their own paths toward optimal health.

Jill Dixon comes to OMNI with a diverse background and educational experiences. She Graduated Houghton College in 1994 with a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation, where she applied her desire to help others in long-term memory care settings. Later in life, a significant change in her personal health was needed after becoming a wife and mother at an older age. After struggling with her postpartum health, seeing the light of new life in her daughter led her to make impactful changes in her lifestyle. Being a “mom on a mission”, Jill took it upon herself to remove toxic chemicals and lead her family into a more holistic lifestyle.
To continue her education, Jill became a Board Certified Biofeedback Technician with the Natural Therapies Certification Board (NTCB), a Certified Hearthmath Mentor, and a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. With her immense drive to learn and advance her knowledge and education for her life and for her clients, she continues to study Biblical Scriptures, Medical Astrology, Neural Linguistics, BioGeometry, and old and ancient writings, symbolisms, and hidden knowledge.
Jill lives by her vision which is to continually grow personally, professionally, and spiritually so that she may share her successes and inspire others to uncover their individual greatness within.
Devoted to providing exceptional service and extraordinary results for her clients through the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and the relentless pursuit of truth, it is her most sincere hope to empower others on their own journey towards knowledge and self-awareness. By connecting her focused training with L.I.F.E. Biofeedback, Neural Linguistic Coaching, Heartmath’s heart-centered guidance, and her many personal experiences, she is helping her clients take personal initiative and shift their energy into a place of coherence and balance, increasing access to their intuitive and divine guidance.
Along with helping individuals reach optimal health, Jill’s favorite time is spent with her husband, Simon, and their daughter.
Andrea Jenkins comes to OMNI as a Florida Board of Cosmetology Licensed Esthetician with over 6 dedicated years of experience in holistic skin care. Originally from Newport, Rhode Island, Andrea found her passion for skincare in 2017 while she worked directly with the founder and formulator of Farmaesthetics, ensuring the quality of product, care, and success. Andrea stayed true to her adventurous side when she took a leap of faith in April of 2022, moved to Naples, FL, and began earning her Esthetician’s license from the Spa Professionals Academy in Bonita Springs. Living an organic, holistic, lifestyle for over 30 years, it comes as no surprise that her passion and focus are on holistic, non-invasive, anti-aging techniques.
Andrea is a Facial Specialist, trained in Holistic European facial techniques, EpiWave™, Hungarian Massage, HydraFacials, Frequency therapies, and Nano-Needling. Being creative, her facial protocol is unique, with each product, technique, and device following her mission statement of being anti-aging and free-radical fighting, as well as, calming and luxurious. Although topical skin treatments are her specialty, Andrea is very passionate about educating her clients on how skin health is not solely a topical issue but starts from within the mind, body and spirit.
Being a mother of 3 beautiful daughters and 6 grandchildren, Andrea loves to balance her busy life by exercising, going on long walks, bonding with nature, practicing self-care and meditating. In her free time, she enjoys researching everything skin, health, anti-aging and topics that interest her, along with visiting, laughing and dancing with family, friends and people she loves and admires. Originally coming into OMNI as a client, Andrea is excited to expand the holistic mission statement of the center to skincare and skin health.
