OMNI Balanced Life Center is a Holistic Health Facility that uses God-given, natural therapies and methods to assist with the natural mechanisms of healing in the body. We promote and honor individual health freedom and support individual autonomy concerning our clients and team members decisions regarding medical treatments. OMNI Balanced Life Center only collects medical history information for the purpose of performing safe and effective holistic treatments and do not use this information to discriminate against any individuals based on their health status or medical treatment decisions.
Here at OMNI the health and safety of our Team Members and guests are top priority. We follow medical protocols for disinfection, sanitization and disease prevention as outlined by CDC guidelines under Universal Precautions.
Our rigorous sanitation and cleaning measures include:
- Daily disinfecting and sanitizing of commonly used areas and frequency touchpoints.
- Disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms, equipment and instruments between each guest.
- Installation of Remi Halo and UV light in the ventilation system.
- Ozone common areas nightly.
For our guests:
- Listen to your body. If you are not feeling well, have had a fever within the last 24 hours, or have been around someone that is sick, please stay home and seek medical attention, if needed.
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional team members allocate time especially for each guest; therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations for online reservations. Please notify an OMNI Team Member if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities, aggressive medications, recent hospitalizations, surgeries, medical/non-medical procedures and sickness). All reservations are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
To begin your OMNI experience in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile, if not completed in advance. In an effort to maintain a peaceful and pleasant environment for all our guests, we respectfully request that all cell phones be turned off/to silent and conversations quieted while in the center. Robes, slippers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. For returning guest, please notify an OMNI Team Member if there have been any changes since your last visit. We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Omni Balanced Life Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. After a guest’s first cancellation with less than a 24- hour notice or No-Show, OMNI will require that the guest provide a credit card to be securely kept on file for any future reservations. Moving forward, insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full-service(s) value. All No-Show reservations will be assessed a charge at full-service(s) value. OMNI Wellness Groups are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, all major Credit Cards, Health Savings Accounts, SpaFinder Gift Cards and Omni Balanced Life Center Gift Cards.
The Omni Balanced Life Center Gift Card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services. This gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The gift card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. OMNI Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. Omni Balanced Life Center is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the gift card.
Series of services (Packages and Treatment Plans) are non-refundable. If the guest is not able to continue with services, OMNI will consider converting a credit to your OMNI Account. We reserve the right to credit a value as we determine is fit.
There will be a $50.00 fee for any returned checks as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
In keeping with OMNI’s standards, purity and quality are essential elements in the products offered. In the event you are not satisfied with a product, we want to know. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund request for products purchased more than 30 days or that are opened, will be reviewed and considered on an individual basis. Please review product labels prior to purchase and discuss any sensitivities/allergies with an OMNI Team Member.
